Subscription renewals are billed to a subscriber’s credit card monthly or yearly as per terms of their initial subscription purchase.
Multiple charges from Upper East Site are not a result of over-billing, but rather a consequence of purchasing multiple subscriptions using different email addresses but the same credit card.
It is incumbent upon the subscriber to log in and cancel any unwanted subscriptions themselves, using Upper East Site’s ‘My Account’ self-service portal.
