When a PAID subscriber reaches Upper East Site's paywall, it means one of three things:
1. You are not logged in. Please log in to UpperEastSite.com to read articles.
2. You are logged in with an email address or username that does not have a PAID subscription. Please log in with the email address or username for which you signed up to Upper East Site.
3. Your payment method has expired or your payment provider declined our attempt to bill your payment method for your subscription renewal. Please update your payment method.
To update your payment method:
a. Log in to UpperEastSite.com
b. Select My Account from the main menu or by visiting the My Account page.
b. Click the 'Manage Billing' button on the My Account page.
c. Remove your current payment method
d. Add your new card by selecting '+ Add Payment Method'
