To reset the password to your Upper East Site account.
1. Navigate to Upper East Site's Log in page
2. Click 'Lost Password' under the log in fields on the Log in page
3. Enter your username or email address on the password reset page
4. Click the 'Get New Password' button
5. Follow the instructions in the email you receive
